The Driftless Region Bicycle Coalition has already been banging on the doors of government. Several state senators and representatives know who we are, the Wisconsin Natural Resources Board knows who we are, but do you? So we are having a sort of coming out event that should be a lot of fun!
Come to the Join the Cause Party on March 20th, 2010 @ 6:00pm and meet the DRBC! This is a casual event so that we can meet you and you can meet us. We may ask you to become a member of DRBC, but we wont twist your arm. Come and make some new friends and hang out for the evening. Ride your bike if the weather allows, who knows what may spontaneously happen!
There wont be a lot of long speech or boring slide shows, just a lot of folks who love bicycling in the Driftless Regions! There will be door prizes, but you have to show up to win!
We will provide some snack food and there will be a cash bar with Pearl Street beers on tap and sodas for those who do not imbibe. Feel free to bring along your favorite snack food or dish to share if you are so inclined!
There is no cover! Smoke Free!
